Bea Zuckerman, 86, former resident of Brockton

PHEONIX, Ariz. - Bea (Baron) Zuckerman, 86, formerly of Brockton, Mass., died Feb. 6 at her home in Pheonix.

Born in Fall River, Mass., she was a daughter of the late Saul and Ida Baron. Mrs. Zuckerman was a graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School. She had lived in Brockton before moving to Arizona in 1970.

Mrs. Zuckerman was Girl Scout leader, a member of the Sisterhoods of Congregation Agudas Achim and Temple Israel. She was a member and past president of Hadassah and volunteered with many organizations.

She is survived by three daughters, Lynda Nelson of Berlin, Mass., Judi Chaskes of Brockton and Elaine Nelson of Mesa; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Doris Thompson of Monroe, Mich. She was also the sister of the late Edna Gabar and Oscar Baron.

Services were held in Scottsdale.

Services were held in Scottsdale, Ariz. Donations in her memory may be made to the National Council of Jewish Women, 53 W 23rd
